Jackie and Frankie lay in bed after a night of fun.
"Don't you dare try to get up." said a sleepy, smiling Frankie.
"But its late," I giggled. Frankie turned over and looked at the clock.
"Christ it's only 10:30. We've got another 3 hours of sleepy time." he said.
"Nuh uh, I'm usually up by 9 on Sundays. Not because I want to but because my mom always wakes me up for some reason before her and my dad and brother leave for church. They usually don't get home til around 10:00 on Sunday nights because after the morning service they go do God only knows what with God only knows who, and then they go to the evening service."
"You go to church?"
"Hell no. I mean, I believe in God and everything, but I don't see the point in church. All you do is sit and pray to someone who never answers you back, well, verbally. So I just don't go."
"Ahhh I see." said Frankie, rolling on his stomach putting his pillow over his head. I jerked it off him and he gave me a smug yet playful grin.
"Well you think getting up at 10:30 is stupid, but I think getting up at 1:30 is stupid, so why do you get up so late?" I asked, giggling.
"Because because why?"
"You're not gonna give up are you?" he asked, smiling.
"Chances are slim," I smiled back.
"Ahhhh well, ya see, my mom is a bit of a nutcase and so I try to stay away from her as much as I can because every time we cross paths we bicker and bitch at each other about something or another, so I'm usually not at home, and when I have to be home I try to stay in my room."
"So that's why you make weird facial expressions when you talk about your mom?"
"Yeah I guess, haha."
"Wow. Jesus, I'm sorry babe." I say snuggling up to him.
"S'alright sugar. It's not your fault I have a fucked up family life." he says, putting his arms around me. I grip him tighter.
"God I'm so glad you're mine. You have no clue how happpy I am now that I have you." I say to him.
"I've loved you since the first time I layed eyes on you." he said. I looked at him and saw he was being completely serious and honest with me. God, how I loved him so. I cupped his chin with my hand and pulled his head down to mine. I kissed him as tenderly and passionate as I could to where we were breathless when we pulled apart. We looked into each other's eyes and saw nothing but love reflecting between them.
"Well c'mon, let's go out and enjoy the day with each other instead of layin in here like a bunch of lazy obese people who can't move out of their beds because they do nothing but eat chips and watch TV all day." said Frankie, which resulted in me laughing at his creative, crazy mind, and in which that resulted in him playfully smackin' my butt with a playful squeal from me. We laughed then ran downstairs to the front door.
