I woke up and you weren't alive so i started to cry. This is what my soul told the paper as i called your empty house with tears swelled in my eyes.

You're gone now

Just when I figured out

How to change my default font

It's like you've been filtered from this air

Filtered out into a different atmosphere

And if you've ever felt

like I've tried to change you

then I pray a thousand forgive me's

from the bottom of my human heart

We should have had

A faux love child

Of some sorts

Like in Party Monster

(that was a true story you know)

Michael and Keoki had a cat

I forget it's name

But they had one

But that wouldn't work for us

Now that I think...

One,

we aren't homosexuals

In unconditional love

Two,

You now detest pets

So I guess you'd cringe

And think of Ren

Even at the thought

"And finally I say this with love,

I hope you rest with the stars above"

Damn that Dallas Green is a genius

The song is short and sweet

But you get the jest

I wish I could say the same

And for some reason

I miss the way you smell

Cause I'm around you

Five days a week

I've gotten use to

Your light tint of fire

Not cats or dogs

Or any sort of pet

But like a mix

of wet fire

and grass

yes...

wet fire and grass

though sometimes

you do have Happy fur

on your chest

not that I am looking at you chest

Oh dear Lord, I'm a monster!
