  Its all good in the hood :). I'd tell you cutting is bad but then I'd be a hypocrite. Please just limit the cutting. Is everything better now though? If not, I'm sure it will be soon.

  If you still want to cut there are some stuff that you could do, Like a rubber band around your wrist and 'twing' it when you feel like cutting, or, you can get some ice cubes and put it on your skin.
  
  The band dose work for a while from personal experience, it might work with you who knows. And the ice cubes just make your skin itch more then solve anything. Idk I hope this helps a little. I'll be a hypocrite also If I told you to stop all together, but at lest try?

  I thought i was the only one who was going through this shit.
  
  I know exactly how you feel but i use mcr an ficwad as an escape from it all. Im curently on hilliday so i feel extremely trapped! But i found a place in the forrest to hide and draw/write try that.
  
  I think the worst part is when they refer to how you feel as 'hormones' please i experience both and know the difference
