  The primary rating for this story is 'Funny', but I would also give it 'Original'. I don't think that I've ever seen anyone try to marry the tribulations of Dudley Dursley with the phenomenon that is Weasley's Wizarding Wheases before. Well done in finding something new in the HP fandom!
