"Mr. Iero we have been looking for you. Where have you been?" The secretary said. I ignored her question and limped my way to my dorm. I ran ten damn miles into the forest. But since I was too lazy to run back I decided to walk. Even though walking those miles was refreshing for my vampire side, my human side just wanted to go to sleep.
Once I'd made it to the door I instantly fell on my bed and faded into a deep sleep.
I jumped out of the bed and collided my ass to the floor with a loud thump. That fucking hurt. Who the hell would dare to wake me in my slumber?!?
I looked up and was met with a pair of blue eyes. Marc was standing right in front of me with and impatient look on his face.
"What the hell happened to you yesterday?!? The girl from the front desk told me you came with a beaten up look on your face." He said to me.
"Tell that bitch to mind her own business. You too. When it comes to how I looked or where I came from is none of your business unless you were there with me. Which you weren't. So I'm gonna say this only once, you are only my bodyguard not my brother, my father, or my lover. So mind your on damn business!!!!!" I yelled at him. I don't know what came over me. I just hate it when someone wakes me up just to plant some shit on me.
Marc stood there processing what had just happened and left without a word. I sighed, knowing that this was gonna make me look like an asshole. It wasn't his fault that I'm not a morning person. Wait!!! Is it even morning?!?
I looked at the clock and saw that it was 11 a.m. I panicked and started to fix myself up for training. Once I got dressed properly in my military outfit, I ran to the training room. Even though I didn't know where it was, the signs in the hallway really helped. I was at the room in under five minutes.
No one was there, all I saw was weapons and machines for working out. This was nothing like the way back home. The way I trained was outside where you could sweat in the sun. But here is indoors where the air conditioner keeps you far away from sweating.
I decided to take a run outside. I don't lift weights. All I do is either run or do gymnastics. I know it's very sissy stuff but it's the only way ill get better as not only a human slayer but also a vampire.
I was done stretching and was about to go sprint when I heard someone call my name. It was Marc.
"Hey. I ummm........I just wanted to say sorr-"
"No. You shouldn't be saying sorry, I should. I didn't mean to say all that stuff, it's just that I hate it when someone wakes me up just to yell at me. It's really disturbing but you didn't know so I shouldn't have blown up like that. I'm sorry." I gave him and apologetic look and he smiled.
"It's okay. Ummm.........can I run with you?" I looked at his clothes and noticed he was wearing really thick sweats and a tight muscle shirt. I had to admit he looked pretty damn hot. I resisted on biting my lip and nodded.
We began to run around the agency. No talking was going on. All you could hear was the stomp of our feet. Honestly, it was very boring. I didn't want to run so slow like the way Marc ran, I wanted to use my vampire speed. Running was the only time I had an excuse to use my vampire abilities. My father wouldn't let me use them, even when I had a mission. I grunted and ran five more laps with Marc before he got tired and couldn't breath anymore.
"You......huff........really.......huff........know how to run." He said the last one part in one short breath. I chuckled at his state. For me, five laps around the building felt like I ran 3 feet.
"Yeah, well, the vampire side really helps. Wanna get some lunch?" I asked him and he nodded his head rapidly.
We made our way to the cafeteria. It had a huge selection of food to choose from. I took a salad and two brownies. Marc stared at my meal as if it were too small. Then he just chuckled and took a big piece of steak. I made a disgusted face at his food and we went to a table.
Again, nothing was being said. He ate up all his food in just five minutes, I was still halfway into the salad.
"So how'd you turn into a vampire?" I winced at Marc's harsh question. He said it so freely but the way I heard it made me want to punch him.
"Well ummm..........I had a mission somewhere in Massachusetts and there was a really high status vampire that my dad wanted me to kill. I did it successfully, but before I killed him a few difficulties took place." I said stuffing my mouth with lettuce. He stared at me with his head in his hands. He looked like a child being told how something was made.
"What kind of difficulties?" He asked innocently. I just wanted to pinch his cheeks. The way he asked me was so adorable. His blue eyes made it cuter.
"Well he paralyzed me with his eyes and tried to suck blood out of me. I grabbed my stake without him knowing and he died slowly. But I was in the transition of becoming a vampire. It was painful. But I got through it." I said all this in one breath. But I didn't need air. Therefore I didn't catch my breath. I just sat there reminiscing the ugly night.
"I'm sorry if you don't like bringing it up. Curiosity just got the best of me. Can I ask you one more question, though?" He bit his lip uncertain if I would comply or not.
"Sure." Came my response.
"Do you have an extra power that vampires get? Like reading minds or doing that Darth Vader thing?" He asked childishly. I choked on my brownie. I never liked bringing my power up in a conversation. But I guess since Marc needs to know more about me then I'll do it. Once my coughing fit went away, I started to explain.
"Ummm.........yeah I do have an extra power......it gives me this charm that makes everyone like me in a friendly or romantically involved way. I can't really turn it off. But I'm very faithful to Robin even if thousands of males and females throw themselves at me." I said awkwardly. Then I looked up at Marc and he gave me a confused look. Oh, that's right, he doesn't know Robin. "Robin is my boyfriend."
"Oh. So ummm........I have to go now." Marc left without a word and I was alone l once again. Suddenly I heard a shuffle of feet behind me. I was about to turn but I was grabbed roughly and muffled with some kind of cloth. Out of instinct, I took a deep breath and was about to scream, but I felt too dizzy. Before I knew it, I blacked out.
That is the fifth chapter. Sorry for not updating yesterday my moms car broke down in a parking lot and we didn't have anyone to take us home. We couldn't walk home because of the traffic going on so we waited until my dad picked us up one hour later. By that time it was already 8 pm and I had to shower then when I had the chance to write..........I got writers block. So a lot of shit happened. Sorry. On the bright side we have a new reviewer. Her name is CyanideCola if I'm not mistaken. Welcome to the story of "Forged memories of a slayer" and I hope you enjoy.
Love youz. Bye
Btw: This is set in the black parade era meaning Frank has long black hair and Gerard's hair is shorter than on the revenge era.
