The Land of Living Skies
0 ReviewsI was inspired to write this poem by the Saskatchewan license plate and what I have seen of the beautiful province. I hope you like it. It doesn't really fit in any genre, but fantasy was closest.
The Land of Living Skies
A Land as vast as the sky,
A Land as flat as a pond,
A Land as empty as a lie,
A Land of golden wheat,
A Land of terrible beauty,
A Land without deceit,
Now we must look beyond
To see within its guise,
The land of living skies.
