  Thanks. This is actually not based fully on experience. It was inspired by someone I loved, but never dated, and after we got really close, he started inching away from me. This poem is a mix of my feelings for him, and a broken relationship that someone described to me.
  
  As for finding someone someday...I sure hope so.
