Finduilas heard a gut-wrenching scream from the nursery. Dropping her sewing, she rushed down the hall. The sight that met her eyes cause some consternation; she was not sure whether to laugh or scold. Faramir, tiny fists wrapped in Boromir's hair, was holding on for dear life.
Gently untangling the small fingers, Finduilas soothed her eldest son's tears.
"He is but a youngling, love. He does not know how it hurts."
Satisfied that all was made better, she went back towards her rooms, turning back at another scream. Rushing back, she beheld Boromir pulling his brother's hair.
"He knows now!"
