  Well, you really must change the title. You had me thinking this was one of those seven-year-olds who think they can write. :P
  
  This is very poignant. I can feel the pain, because I have been there. Never toyed with blades, though. I am allergic to pain.
  
  One thing that may help: punctuation. It would greatly enhance the reading. Otherwise, this was great.

  lol i am !! well mentalli neway,
  oh, i hate pain and blood but it seemed the onli way to help well b4 i discovered writin things dwn.
  And thanx im nt the brightest spark when it comes to grammar oh n spelling.
