  About the custody. I kind of agree, but can see that he wouldn't want to take the baby from Hermione either. Particularly if nobody trusts him. Chshre, I sure hope this is not the end of the story. You've got a puzzling start here and need to fill it in, with a resolution. Thanks.

  Thanks for the constructive comments, I've restarted the story because I was unhappy with the way it started off. I will be incorporating bits and pieces of the original, but not telling which ones. You'll just have to follow along to find out.
