Loving someone.

Category: Poetry - Rating: G - Genres: Romance - Characters:  - Published: 2007/03/17 - Updated: 2007/03/18 - 96 words

When I fall,
Do you laugh behind your hand?
When I cry,
Do you think I'm pathetic?

All I ever wanted to be was your golden one,
I just wanted your love.
It is too much to ask for?

I'm on a merry-go-round.
Will it ever stop?
The urge to vomit consumes me.
All I see is your apathy.

Can anyone touch your heart,
Frozen away behind your eyes?
Let my smile melt it.

Let me in,
Let me protect you.
Shock fills you,
As you realize I still love you,
After you've pushed me away.
