A Midnight Walk
Lovely flowers as the pale moons
Deep and mystic midnight tunes
Faint mist on the water's edge
Hovering clouds over the ledge
Tender roses the color of blood
Dark brown soil rich as the mud
Soft feathers of soaring birds
Shimmering glaze of stars in herds
Cool breeze on the soft air
Silent whispers of a prayer
