  snork!! Someone's obviously seen the old 50's Superman TV show. You have to feel sorry for Snape, he's suffering the death of a thousand ridicules and they're all in public. If Brother Z is indeed Harry as seems likely, you have to wonder how he slipped off to study for so long. Obviously not a time-turner in its normal usage, but something along those lines. he's cleary been studying intensively and learned a lot, both about magic and about himself. I'll be interested in seeing when he's revealed to Luna and Hermione; IMHO, Luna will tumble first when she notices a familiar aspect in something Brother Z does.

  Yes, I grew up on superman (although not in it's first run -- I'm old, but not THAT old). And Snape's humiliation has not yet begun. Luna will suspect, but not know.

  fabulous. I noticed the paragraphs you mentioned. very well integrated. I loved supersnape! It seems to be more and more "obvious" that zed is harry... but I refuse to make that assumption quite yet. Keep up the good work.

  I do not think that I have seen Hermione and Luna in a exclusive relationship before, and the fact that both are so intelligent adds an extra dimension. This a very interesting, if extremely dark story. I am really looking forward to seeing where you go with this.

  blush Well, I admit to being old enough to have seen either the originals or the first re-runs in the fifties (and, yes, I can remember several tv shows from the late fifties).
  
  Anyway, back to the story. I'm definitely enjoying this one and I like the approach of fixing Luna's vision using a mixture of magical and muggle methods. Oh, McGonagall's little soliloquy was priceless, too. :D

  The idea of Z/Harry coming back to heal Luna and Hermione is a very nice and powerful one, of course, so I'm glad that he's doing it :-). I'm surprised that Luna, usually a seer or someone with some variety of extra-sensory ability in your stories, didn't say "oh, hello Harry, how are you?!" as Z walked in the door the first time he met her.
  
  I think you've mentioned in your comments feedback that Z is Harry, probably via time travel? If so he'd better have one dang good reason for hiding from his girls like this. (And if he's now substantially older the idea of a romantic relationship between them may be a little icky).
  
  Loved the 'seeing through Z's eyes'; I've had the occasional thought myself of that sort of plot.

  Oh well, now that I read that response of "harry.. er.. z" I have to give in. I'm disappointed at all because I loved TWRd and Z there. I was just assuming that you were leading us on using a "familiar" character to whom we "knew" was actually Harry. Ah well. Still a great start. Keep it up.
