and I would live with him until I get my own place. He seemed eager to tell me something else but he
didn't say anything. I looked up from my alley every time I heard footsteps but it wasn't anyone I
knew. Benji seemed much different from my dream, he seemed better; he's really nice and makes
promises that he can keep....I hope. He asked me to go on tour with them so I didn't live on the
streets, but I refused even the guys tried to convince me after Benji left for my food, I wasn't
going to eat that hospital crap. They even paid my hospital bill, it was nice but I still feel
"Anna?" a familiar female voice asked. Please don't be Jenn! I looked up again and it was her.
"Yeah?" I groaned clutching my crutch harder for protection.
"Do you want to come to my house?"
"No, I'm waiting for Benji."
"You don't know Benji, he was only signing autographs."
"No they saw me and stopped to talk, and then they visited me in the hospital."
"You don't know them." Her voice was getting strict and it was frightening.
"Yes I do!" She looked at me like I belonged in the Looney bin, but I don't, "I'm not crazy!" She
grabbed my hand and helped me stand up; I rested on my crutches and hesitantly followed her. People
stared at my muddy clothes and messy hair like I really was crazy, I'm not just homeless and I know
I met Good Charlotte and they are coming for me today at that alley at 5:45 P.M. "What time is it?"
"Can I prove you wrong? At 5:45 Good Charlotte will be in that alley."
"We are like ten minutes away from it now though."
"Please just this once!" She groaned and we turned around and started walking toward the alley, and
just like I said Good Charlotte was standing outside of it.
"So you knew they would be there, doesn't mean they know you." I glared at her then turned at the
sound of their voices.
"Hey Anna!" Paul yelled running up to me and carrying me away back over to the guys. Jenn grabbed my
crutches and followed in astonishment.
