An Everyday Trouble
1 ReviewsA short look into an average day for Will Turner, first mate of the Blackpearl.
Disclaimer: Not mine/make no money. Disney owns the movie and the ride, and is making plenty of money off of both. Can't I just borrow them for a little bit?
Warnings: Slashy. No, not really. I just can't read anything for this movie without seeing slash. Even if it's a lemon Will/Elizabeth with no mention of Jack. Don't look at me like that. It's impossible to think about this movie without seeing any slash!

Jack shot out the door yelling back to his first mate, "Grab that bottle will you? I've grown quite fond of the swill."
Will snatched the bottle and hurtled after the other man. The screeching behind had turned to murderous bellows and curses. He didn't need to look back to know that half the establishment was giving chase to the fleeing pirates.
Damnable luck. Of all the brothels they could have the misfortune to take refuge in, they had to pick the one favored by the bloody Navy.
The young pirate lengthened his stride as he hit the relatively open area of the road quickly catching up to the other man. Will quoted in his best impression of the Captain, "'Trust me, Will my lad! They'll never look for us in a whorehouse!'"
Jack relieved Will of the bottle and began to work the cork out. The boy had gotten eerily accurate with that impression. "Well it's your own bloody fault now, isn't it?"
"My fault!?" They skidded around a corner. The change in angle gaiving him a mercifully brief glimpse of the mob behind. "How is it my fault?!"
"Ah, that's good," Jack slowed while taking a swig from the bottle. It wasn't rum but the wine was particularly decent. "Well, mate. The way I sees it you shoulda known better by now than to completely trust me. If you'd expected something different it's your own bloody fault. Savy?"
Of all the arrogant-! Will snarled and put on a burst of speed, quickly taking the lead. "Savvy this you bloody bastard!"
"Oy! Me mum was married to me father! I think," Jack frowned. "What the bloody hell are you thinking now Turner?"
"Well, Captain," Will laughed. "It has just occurred to me that I don't need to outrun the people chasing us."
"You don't?" Jack's frown deepened as suspicion set in. He wouldn't. Will wasn't that devious...was he? "So, what exactly do you need to do?"
The look Will threw back was pure evil and made him nervous. "Why I only have to outrun you, my dear Captain."
"Damnation," Will sprinted ahead laughing as the mob closed in on Jack. Scowling the pirate took one last drink before regretfully tossing the bottle back. He hoped one of the bastards wasn't wearing boots and would step on it. Leaning forward he concentrated on closing the gap between him and his first mate. Captain Jack Sparrow was damned if he was going to go down alone.
