The Couple

A rampant girl and a lonely teen
Both lovestruck for one another
Many tears have and will fall.
Many pains have and will be shared.
Love knits them together
Love is their destines
It keeps them alive
and
It is what they take from each other
As needful for love is their souls
As to that of a body needing air.
A passion rages
Held with steady love
They marry as they grow.
Now they face the world as one.
They share their lives and fantasies.
Until death do they part?
No.
For even in death they shall
not part, even in love.
Nor shall it break.
They have faced the world.
They have fulfilled their destinies.
Now as one
as soulmates
they bind their love.
