Look down at us from high above,
So perfect on your pedestal.
Once again you’re hallowed, you’re in love.

Slumber softly ‘tween the sheets,
Dream the junction terminal.
Hold your head up high, we kneel beneath.

Walk the wood paths, shadows press around
Your witchy ways conceal the rot inside.
Tread the fallen log, feet press the ground.

Find your maiden, pluck her from the boughs
And trumpet lovingly your victory.
You don’t see the truth of anger now.

Hide your face from justice sweet,
And flee the hammer of their hurt.
Left without you, darling, I’m complete.
