Hermione, in an act of childishness, turned down Harry when he confessed his feelings for her. This caused a downward spiral that left Harry defenseless and resulted in both his death and Voldermor...

Oh boy. Good thing it's Hermione, cause that'd make a lesser person jump off a bridge or something.
Anyways, I like the idea. I've read quite a few Harry time travel redos, so this ought to be a fun change.

Great start and an original idea.
Loved Voldemort's speech; Voldemort's deepfelt thanks was probably a ringing endorsement Hermione could've been without. ;-)
Keep up the great work, and update soon (and often).

Yes, this fits well into Hermione's egotism. Interesting that she even survived to redo things!

That's definitely an "Oops!!" for Hermione. One of those life changing comments you don't realize will have that effect at the time. Mind you, if she'd known his state of mind, she -might- not have done it, but that's over and done with and she'll have to live (as long as she can with such a -strong- endorsement) with the rather catestrophic results.
My complimnets on a most original AU.
