As much as I like the idea of the Muggleborns being more powerful than the inbred Purebloods, that doesn't seem to work out in practice. After, why then would the Deaters be such a threat?
Maybe it should be the Half-Bloods who are the most powerful, leading to forced intermarriage between Purebloods and Muggleborns to save the Wizarding race.
