Interesting character study and analogy. I particularly liked Orochimaru's character, I think you hit him bang on the nose. People tend to simplify his character into Bad Guy Number One, and forget his motivations, but you got them in concisely and elegantly. Tsunade was good too, a mixture of vulnerability and strength.
