  Very nice prequel for good story.
  
  You might want change "Marge" comment. It happened later in canon and even if you change it for your story it should have bigger impact.

  A most interesting start, here, and 'twill be most interesting to see how things develop with Harry's extra training. I rather suspect that Harry's going to need some help hiding this ability from a manipulative Dumbles.
  
  I rather like the idea of Flamel as an Unspeakable and I reckon there's not anyone who can teach Harry more of what he needs to know. It's going to be interesting, though, to see who they have help him hone that knowledge into practical abilities that'll support and sustain him in combat situations.
  
  I'm most definitely looking forward to further chapters.

  you need to take out the marge comment as harry ran away immediately after blowing up marge and he did that at the beginning of his 2nd year which would have made him 12 he hadn't seen vernon till he was 13

  Wait... technically his birthday is coming... when is his birthday? I thought his birthday is always before school starts. Can you explain this to me more since I don't have the 3rd book so I can't really check...

  Great chapter, are you going to go though the fouth year or do highlights of it?? But if you going for his forth year, then Harry meant to be 13 going on 14 not 12 going on 13 Befread. If you want info about dates and all that go here http://www.hp-lexicon.org/index-2.html it'll help you a lot.
  
  And Befread Harry didn't blow up Marge in the beginning of his second year, it was his third.
  
  And as for this part 'Harry, you’re only done second year,' I think it should be third year if you are going to do the fouth year. This is unless you're doing his third year first.

  I'm only going to highlight his 3rd year, the actual story begins after the summer before his 4th year.
