chapter 1

"Crystal, let’s go! We are going to be late!" Matthew yells.
"I’m going!" I yell back.

You might be wondering what’s happening. Well, let me tell you. I’m going to the ceremony to finally get my mate. Still confused, right? Well then, let me tell you everything from the beginning.

On January 25,2000 my twin sister, Alexa, and I were born. We were born with two parents that were both werewolves. Alexa and I have two older brothers Jaxson and Max. We didn’t know we were werewolves until we was about 5. I, crystal, have brown hair and brown eyes. Alexa has blond hair and blue eyes.

fast froward 5 years

"Alexa, Crystal, Jaxson, and Max! Living room!" Mom yelled from down stairs. The four of us run down stairs. Once we got to the living room we sit down on the couch “Your father and I have something to tell you” Mom said to us, sitting in one of the chairs in front of us. “Kids” dad started “all four of you are werewolves. Your mother and I are, too” dad told us, standing behind the chair Mom was sitting in. “No flipping way!” Max yelled “yes Max, we all are werewolves. Our whole neighborhood is, because we are a pack. We are also the strongest pack in America.” Mom says, standing up. They start to explain everything about being a werewolf. “Oh, and even though you are werewolves, you will stil be attending public school. BUT you CAN NOT tell anyone that you are a werewolf” mom and dad both say, leaving the living room.

Me and Jaxson smile at each other, and run back up stairs to my room. “Give me an idea to draw, Jaxs” I say sitting down at my desk. “I don’t know, how about a flower”Jaxs suggests. I nod and start to draw a flower. After about an hour and a half, I finish my flower. “how does it look?” I ask Jaxs showing him. He didn’t say anything, he just looked at it in awe. “That is AMAZING!” He says excitedly. I smile and hand it to him. We talk and hang out in my room till diner is ready. “Kids dinner!” Mom yells. Jaxson and I race down stairs, and sit at the table.

Dinner is full of talking. After dinner is done, the four of us kids go and put out pjs on. “Hey, Alexa” I say after we both have our pjs on. “Yeah” she says. “When do you think Mom will send us to school?” I ask laying down on the bed. “I don’t know, sis. But what I do know is that I’m tired and going to sleep. Good night” she says getting under her covers. “Night” I tell her doing the same.

in the morning

Mom wakes us up saying “get ready you guys are going to school today.” Alexa and I get dressed and go to eat breakfast. After we eat breakfast we go brush our teeth. “Let’s have Mom do our hair” Alexa says wile brushing her teeth. I nod and spit out the toothpaste, and rinse my mouth. I wipe my mouth and go downstairs. “Mom, can you do my hair?” I ask walking over to her. She nods and I sit down on the table so she can start. A few minutes later she is done and has started Alexa’s hair.

at school

We are at school and Alexa and I walk to our classroom. Once we walked in we saw about ten other kids. Alexa and I go and sit down at one of the tables. A boy, with brown hair and blue eyes, walks over to us and says “hello, I’m Matthew Wood, but you can call me Matt.” “ hi Matt. This is my twin sister, Alexa, and I’m Crystal” I tell him smiling. He smiles and sits down beside me. About half way through the school day we go to the cafeteria for lunch. I get a slice of pizza and sit down with Matthew. “Hey Matt” I say sitting with him. “Hey Crystal” he says taking a bit of his pizza. I start to eat my pizza, too. “Sis” Alexa whines. “What is it?” I ask her. “My head hurts” she says. “Put your head down to try and get rid of it. It’s probably just a headache” I tell her, and she nods. About two or so hours later it’s time to go home.
