  All good things must come to an end.

  If you're reading this, then chances are you were looking for one of my stories. Maybe you started reading one of them and now you're here to finish it, or you found it by searching. It breaks my heart to say this, but I've decided to delete all of my stories from Ficwad.

  I didn't delete my stories because of Ficwad itself. In fact, out of all the websites I've tried as a writer, Ficwad is by far my favorite. The posting system is intuitive and easy to use and I like being able to respond directly to reviews. (The only complaint I have is that it can be a bit tricky to search for stories, but overall, I'm very happy with the site.)

  Rather, it's about me, and the fact that I'm growing up and want to move on to a new chapter in my life. I joined Ficwad in 2005, when I was 14 years old and in 9th grade. It's 2013, I'm 21, and about to start my last semester of college. For years, "molliegym" was my screenname on every website I signed up for, as well as my email address (once upon a time). I posted on Ficwad, Quizilla, GCFanfics, and a few others and the community I found on these websites was amazing. Being able to interact with my readers was something I really enjoyed, and as a writer I think this was one of the best things I could do for myself. I won't be posting any more stories here, but I do expect I'll be on here from time to time, just to see what's going on in the world of Ficwad, if nothing else.

  But the time has come to move on. To answer the obvious question- yes, I will continue writing. I haven't moved on from writing and I don't think I'll ever stop writing. I'm just finding different outlets and different formats to publish my writing.

  I self-published my first novel, Faded, Stupid, and Reckless, last March, and you can order it here for $15. On Christmas of 2012, I self-published a short story, There She Goes, and you can download the PDF of it for free here. I'm working on another novel already, and as of right now, I plan to continue writing for a very long time. I've got an official writing website now, too, and you can check it out here (it's hosted by Tumblr, so feel free to follow if you have a Tumblr!).
