Whenever I try to rate I get a message that says "Rating like that just isn't possible". Is something wrong with my account?

You know...
I've learned to cope with the alerts thing, by checking my reviews whenever I log on. It's not that hard to go to your review page and look at the new reviews. As for the alerts, if you want to know if a story had updated or not, add it to your faves and just check back every now and then. If you need the alerts to even remind you that a story exists, then I guess it just isn't that good of a story to you to begin with. I'm an author on this site, and yeah, it sucks not being told by email I have reviews, or hey this story got updated, or this author posted a new story, but it's not that hard to click a couple of links. You guys are seriously way too hard on the admin, especially when they are so lax about site prophanity and sexual desciptions, whereas I've been kicked off of ff.net because of my stories. I'm happy to have found a home on this site, because all good sites have small issues here and there. This is the only place I haven't been kicked off of, or lost my stories (like when fandomination.net shut down without warning.) and I'm still happy to call it my home, despite the small tweaks here and there. So seriously folks, back off of these guys and just click the links like I do. It's not that big of a deal.

Novocaine I'm sorry, I know this isn't related to your post, but can we no longer edit our stories after they've been posted? I'm trying to clean up some of my old fics and I can't seem to figure out how. Please tell me I'm just being stupid - some of them are pretty bad.

Hey... When I try to rate a story, there's no place that I can click (or whatever) to rate it. Am I missing something?

Yes, the ratings are working. I don't suppose now would be a good time to add Last Exile to the anime/manga category and Heroes to the TV category? [hopeful]

It's not working, I don't think
I don't think my rating thing is working. From the outside of the story, the one you click on, all my stories are -1. But then, when you open it up, I don't have a single bad rating. Am I just insane or is this wrong?
