Not enough Harry/Hermione time in this chapter. No MoRon troubles, either. Seems you are ignoring certainly story elements.
Harry never learned how to get around Goblins and their wards?
Wouldn't the Slyths be very upset over the pureblood passing out and shitting his pants? Would expect Draco to meet some sock-covered soap bars at the very least--oh, sorry, that is too muggle...
