If it makes it easier until you can type it out you could always write it in a notebook? I had to do that when my laptop broke... but I was so nervous someone would read it, so I definitely get if that idea would make you uncomfortable.

I'd write it out on paper but I'm so messy or I'd loose it and it'd be pointless:/
