- I must say, I've been waiting a long time for an update, and you have not disapointed :) I loved the bit from Brian's point of view; it's always awesome to get another side to the story, and it really adds depth as well.
The jump straight into Gerard finding Frank on the street corner was a little jarring, and it took me a moment to figure out what was going on.
I like the fact that you haven't waited as long as you had planned to bring in the bit with Gerard finding Frank, I think otherwise the pace would get a bit slow, and now it feels like we're going to start seeing past the tip of the iceberg of Frank's story.
I'm extremely excited to see where this is going and what might happen :) I look forward to an update.
(#) broken_wings 2011-11-04Don't feel bad about this chapter at all. Sometimes readers need to get smacked in the face. I mean, this story is about how things exist under the surface and no one wants to acknowledge them, so waking us up and hitting us with what was lurking is incredibly powerful and effective. Loved this chapter. Adore this story.
"By now Gerard felt ready to throw up and not just once but long enough till that last sentence hurled up from his memory"
was wonderful. That is all.
Please update soon!
