5 of 10. It's Friday, and I'm in love.
but it's taking forever and I feel like I'm stuck in writers block all the time. But sometimes I do get ideas for chapters. So, I'm going
to plan it all out, the last 5 chapters, 'cause right now I'm just winging it. But I have my last chapter, and I can tell you it is quite a surprise ;)
If enough people are intrested in this story still, I actually cried at the amount of views this has, then I will give you a clue.
Enjoy sugars. xoxox
"Okay Frank, can I ask why the fuck you woke me up this early on a Saturday?" Gerard asked Frank, because it was totally not okay to wake him up at 10 AM on a Saturday without a fucking decent explination.
"I, um- well, I wrote you a song," Frank said regaining his confidence, Gerard was damn scary when he was angry, "and I would kind of like to sing and play you it."
"Seriously?" Gerard asked as if he thought he was dreaming, "Why?"
"Well, just, we've done some stuff, and I don't think you really understand my intentions. And hopefully it will explain." Frank tried to reason.
Gerard sat down by frank's bad, legs crossed with his elbows on each knee and rested his chin on his cupped palms, "Go for it."
Frank walked to his closet, and pulled out his guitar. 'PANSY' was written on the side in glittered letters. "Well, actually first, I'm going to play you a cure song." Gerard nodded, he could dig The Cure just as much as the next guy could.
Frank began to strum the guitar and sing, "I don't care if Monday's blue, Tuesday's grey, and Wednesday too, Thursday I don't care about you, it's Friday and I'm in Love. Monday you can fall apart, Tuesday, Wednesday break my heart, Oh Thursday doesn't even start it's Friday and I'm in love."
Gerard decided to join in, much to Frank's joy. "Saturday wait! Sunday always comes too late! Friday never hesitate!" They sang together.
"I don't care if Monday's black, Tuesday, Wednesday, heart attack, Thursday, never looking back, it's Friday and I'm in love," Frank sang by himself this time. Gerard noticed the sincerity in his tone. Frank strummed his guitar in the long instrumental.
"Monday you can hold your head, Tuesday, Wednesday, stay in bed, Thursday, watch the walls instead, it's Friday and I'm in love. Saturday wait! Sunday always comes too late! Friday never hesitate!" Frank continued to play and sing. Gerard stared in awe, like a child staring at the
best game in the world. Was this real?
"Dressed up to the eyes, it's a wonderful surprise, to see your shoes and your spirits rise. Throwing out your frown, and just smiling at the sound, and as sleek as a shriek, spinning round and round. Always taking a big bite, it's such a gorgous sight, to see you eat in the middle of the night. You can never get enough, enough of this stuff," Frank wiggled his eyebrows, and Gerard laughed, "it's Friday, I'm in love."
"I don't care if Monday's blue, Tuesday's grey, and Wednesday too, Thursday I don't care about you, it's Friday and I'm in Love. Monday you can fall apart, Tuesday, Wednesday break my heart, Oh Thursday doesn't even start it's Friday and I'm in love," Frank finished.
Gerard clapped, and had tears in his eyes. "Wow Frankie, that was, wow. You can really sing and play."
Frank smiled, "Yeah. I'd really love to start a Cure tribute band.."
"Oh?" Gerard asked, "What would you call it?"
"The love cats." (A/N: TRUE FACTS HERE PEOPLE, THIS IS TRUE GENIUS.)
"Nice," Gerard laughed.
"Now for the song I wrote for you, I hope you understand the metaphor.." Frank began to play his guitar again, "Why are you so far away? Even when you're standing next to me, your eyes give you away, telling secrets when your mouth don't feel like talking."
Gerard was a little shocked, these lyrics were damn good.
"And I'll be your Lloyd Dobbler, with a boombox out in the street, and I'll be there if you need someone, even if he isn't me," Frank sang, with tear clouded eyes. Gerard got the metaphor instantly.
"Lying in your bed, as lights dance across the ceiling. I listen to you breathe, toss and turn in your sleep and I wish that you'd believe... That I'll be your Lloyd Dobbler, with a boombox out in the street, and I'll be there if you need someone, even if he isn't me."
Frank let a tear slip down his cheeks and Gerard sat up and brushed it away. Frank placed his guitar on the ground and Gerard climbed on the bed.
They stayed cuddled for a few hours, nothing needed to be said, they had been spoken already.
As for the rest of the day, well, Frank was just grateful there was nobody else home.
A/N: You like? Btw the songs are Friday I'm in love - The Cure and Llyod Dobbler - Pencey Prep. Did you see my little fact drop too? AW YEA.
