"Give yourself up, Imperiex." said a booming female voice that echoed throughout the threatened galaxy. "I've given you too many chances."
"You haven't given me any chances, you insignificant being. You simply give up and come back later. You can never stop me." His robotic voice smashed nearby stars.
The female raised her arms up and released millions of volts of lightning strikes, causing the unamused giant to glare over and grin.
"You can't just destroy planets as you desire. There are rules in this universe and you are not obeying them." she continued.
"I don't follow anybody's rules. Now get out of my presence."
With the slightest wave of his gigantic hand, the size of six suns, he sent the girl flying out of the galaxy, crashing into an unknown, deserted planet.
"Why do I even bother?" she thought to herself, laying motionless and staring up into the blackness of the above universe. Getting up, she sighed and dusted herself off.
As she was lifting herself off for flight, a giant green tree branch grabbed her and curled itself around her entire body, making it difficult for her to move, and refused to release. She tried to teleport out, but no use. She summoned a freezing ice blast from her mind and into the tree, but to no prevail. She tried to electrocute the tree, as she had Imperiex, but only caused a big gash in the bark of the alien tree, making it angry. Raising another branch, it threatened to strike her down and smash her back into the ground, but it paused. A black aura surrounded the girl within seconds and she vanished from the tight grip of the tree.

"Am convoca puterea Sumdothsian..." Raven's low, raspy voice repeated.
She paused and opened one eye, sensing a presence about to emerge. She gently placed her feet on the black sand below and pivoted, facing the damaged city. She waited, listening to the great ocean from behind her. A few moments later, a large raven appeared in front of her and dropped a mysterious girl on her head.
"Ow..." the girl muttered, standing up and brushing herself off. Looking around, she became confused, not having travelled to Earth in thousands of years. She eyeballed Raven.
The girl had typical blue eyes and long, messy brown and blonde hair that loosely flowed to her belly button. She wore a bright gold and blue strapless belly shirt with many designs. A circular attachment at the bottom of the shirt hung over her belly. Inside the circle was a light blue star. Her neckware was a thick choker that barely touched the top of her shirt. It, also, was gold and blue. She wore a large diamond over her waist and thighs. Attached to the diamond from the behind were three thick blue and gold straps that flowed passed her thighs, horizontally. Attached to the lowest strap were hundreds of long jewel-encrusted, thick ribbons. She wore a diamond-string headdress that attached to her hair, and flowing off off of it was a blue diamond in the middle of her forehead. She sported three matching arm bands on either arm, and skinny, low-cut gold boots. Her whole outfit was encrusted with diamonds and sapphires, along with her curly hair.
"Avanti!" screamed Raven, as she ran up to her childhood friend and squeezed her. "I missed you."
Laughing, the girl, who was called Avanti by the people of Azarath, hugged her friend back. "Thanks." she said.
"For what?"
"You summoned me right before I was about to be trashed by a giant alien tree."
Raven smiled and giggled. She doesn't normally act like this around others, but Avanti was an exception for many reasons.
Letting go, Raven put on a serious face, like always, and stared Avanti in the face. "I need your help."
Avanti raised an eyebrow. She had mimicked that habit from Raven before she joined the Teen Titans.
"This girl that the Titans and I foolishly trusted has betrayed us and teamed up with our greatest enemy."
"Ouch." replied Avanti.
"And now she's destroying the whole city." Raven pointed behind Avanti.
"Wow." Avanti said, turning around. "She did all this?"
"Come now, you must help us."
Raven lifted off the ground, and Avanti curiously followed.
