OK, I liked the story up until the end. You do have an interesting hook with this ending. Obviously she's not what she presents herself to be and I have to ask because of this is this Harry/Narcissa bit just going to be a superficial part of the story are you going to put Harry into a position to actually have a relationship with her where he learns of her using potions to revert certain physical aspects of herself? OR are you going to draw the story to where Narcissa is potentially using a DARK potion which has horrible side-affects such as forced-progressed aging and addiction to the potion? OR is there going to be a ship change in the story as a result of the deception? Let me know.
