Naruto is one of the worst liars in the history of liars. This story proves it :3 I love the interaction between the two in here. Everything is very IC and in-depth.
I also really love Naruto's response to Tsunade's question. It's so very true. It's so very hard for anyone to heal when the source of that pain is still there. It's sort of ironic how Naruto's pain festers when he's trying to keep other people from experiencing the pain of his mere existance. A very nice parallel there.
I've put this story on alert. It's definitely one to look forward to.
