I assume one of those differences is the supportive/grown up Ron. I never liked Ron bashing really.
As for there being other fics like this...I dunno. The only love potion fic I ever read was the aforementioned "Acts of Betrayal," and I honestly don't know where the idea for a post epilogue fic came from, as I usually ignore them. A manic cycle truly is a thing of wonder. As for the Burrow, it's a very dark morning for Molly Weasley. *Evil Smirk*
