An interesting beginning, the strategy of Fudge as well as the scheming of Lucius are very in character with canon and provide the means of sending Harry to Azkaban far more neatly than in OofP. I just wonder how the Head of the Wizengamut could be left ut of the loop in the trial and how he is stymied from doing anything when he finds out.
