Excellent retribution there. Too bad more of them didn't resist arrest. As for Dumbledore, if there was a way to bind or remove his magic, I would have the authorities do that and then put him in a muggle mental hospital as he's obviously insane - he thinks he's a wizard. The best revenge against him is him seeing all of his plans fail. And at his age, without his magic to sustain him, he would probably go on to "the next great adventure" soon enough.
