You're pretty darn good! I don't usually expect that from people who admit to being new (never admit to being new, always pretend you've been doing whatever it is for years lol) but this is very nicely written.

I noticed one thing, and since I'm attempting to write helpful reviews this year and not just overexcited ones...

Since cause is an abbreviation of because it should really be 'cause.
