I'm curious about her name (sorry, an admitted name junkie here), I know it's a Celtic boy name but I only heard it as a surname but I love the unique choice, I also wonder if there's a particular reason you choose that?
Anyway, I LOVE this story. The theme is really original and it's a quality only a few stories possess in the fan fiction realm.
I also love how awkward their relationship is! I'm just glad you didn't go for the love at first sight way. And I love how you describe shit, not over the top but just enough. Well done!

Um, um, um, let me see...I was in Florida over Spring Break in a really pretty little shop and it had incense and hand-made jewelry and furniture, and it was basically hippie haven. And I was looking at the different jeweler's booths, and one lady's last name was Egan. I keep a list of names that I add to whenever I find a really good one. I'm sort of a name-o-phile myself as well. I started it when I was thinking about what I would name my baby one day. Now I have a pretty long list, and Egan quickly became a name on that list. I just borrowed from the list for the story. I only borrowed the one name though; all the others I went online and found. So that's the story.
