If you want to get Tonk's involved, there are a number of things you could do.
1. De-age her so she is a final year student, you could even enter her into the tournament.
2. Have her as security at either the Quiditch World Cup or At the school cos of the Tri-Wizard Tournament...maybe by having a hightened security threat this time around.
