Well it was the Stone but I loved how Harry made Q-mort look like a fool. ""...I seriously have no idea what you're talking about." It always annoyed me that Q-mort instantly knew that Harry was there to stop him. Why couldn't Harry be there to get the Stone for himself? I know I'd want it.

And oh man you have to have Lockhart! You can do whatever else you want with second year but Lockhart is just too much fun to have a (good) author tear apart. Besides Lockharts a Order of Merlin blah blah blah. Surely Dumbledore would think it a good idea to have him. Even if he is a fraud. The 'good' press he'll get from it would make up for anything. Supposedly.
