Not the best of stories, but also not the worst by a large margin. The plot and characters are interesting but way to many cliche's are used and events move faster then is really comfortable.
Worst are emotions things just happen, very little build up and not much lingers either. Jst a shot in the dark set up with the scene moving on as quickly as possible after words. Stuff like Harry and Fleur's declaration of love within seconds of meeting is a good sign of this.
All that said, and what ever kind of negative comments might of gotten are just things to be improved. No one's perfect and as they say practice practice practice. The important thing is to always try to improve and make each new chapter better then the last, and each new story better then your previous one.
