Secondly, in regards to the security at the DoM when Harry and his friends broke in, I'd have to wager that the Death Eaters that were there waiting had already taken care of the security. They NEEDED Harry there to retrieve the Prophecy, so of course they cleared the way for him. It was a trap after all.
