I'm sorry that you don't have a good relationship with your stepfather. My parents are just starting to get into their first relationships since the divorce, so I know how hard and painful it can be. I hate everyone my parents date. Even if I haven't met them.
But anyway, I cried when I read that. It was remarkably beautiful, and it really spoke to me. I absolutely adore it and I think you should write more stuff like this- deep emotional stuff. Because that was truly amazing.

Thank you so much, that means a lot. You know, yeah, it's really difficult to see your parents with someone new. My relationship with my stepdad is thankfully getting better, although still it's just hard to accept and every little thing that he does wrong seems like a huge crime. And now that my dad is getting married, I'm just completely put off. But those are just tales from another broken home, I guess.
Anyway, thank you again for reading. And I like to think that even when I'm writing Frerard or something like that, a deep emotional message lies beneath. =P
