I would very much like to see Snape be dispatched of in a most original way, not necessarily killed but removed from the Hogwarts and war equation.
Dumbledore, it would be amusing if he somehow was outmaneuvered within Hogwarts, removing his last power base might make him more amenable to treating Harry with respect.
I think Molly should get smacked down in this story, simply because in most incarnations she is the "mouth" of Dumbledore and no one ever takes her to task for it really.
At any rate, this story is starting out similarly to other fics you've written, but you've left yourself lots of wiggle room to make this unique in its own right.
