Well, Draco most definitely reaped what he'd sown and I rather doubt he's going to get much of another chance. I rather imagine the parents of the students involved are going to be rather wroth and want an attack on Harry and friends; I rather suspect that's just going to lead to yet another defeat for Tommy-oy's forces. Meanwhile, I rather like the developing relationship between Harry & Hermione, and Luna, and I rather suspect that's going to generate its own controversy (at least with certain Weasleys). The scene with Madame Pomfrey was nicely done and affecting and, in its own way, could well have some interesting repurcussions down the line. I presume that Harry's wand has no traces because he's using wandless magic? As for how he's doing the other, I can think of a few ways, but I'll wait and see.

You could definitely "hear" Sergio Leone theme music in the background, here; though parts of this are also reminiscent of certain film and book genres where a loner steps in when the society can't or won't deliver justice (the "Death Wish" series of films and "The Executioner" series of novels come to mind as prime examples).
