My chapter numbers get all screwy as well, but this one looks like it reset correctly even if the others are still messed up.
I love powerful and independent Harry and yours are always, and especially this one, the best.
It does feel a little rushed to me, BUT I am the one who is at 350k words and barely two weeks into Hogwarts with at least four girlfriends....
So yeah, keep your pace, it is nice to read something new from you when I am all written out.
MLES = Magical Law Enforcement Squad
At least as far as I have made it up in my head. The DMLE would be like the overall department in charge of issues of law and order,
MLES is the Auror division as opposed to HitWizards or Bounty Hunters who most likely have to deal with DMLE on certain matters, the least of which being licensing.
I imagine that the head of MLES is also the Department Head for DMLE which is common in many military commands. We had the "Communications Department N6" which included my shop and my boss who was the Information System Manager was also the N6 Department Head.
