First of all, a friendly warning: your formatting has been messed up completely.
Hmm, it would be better to try and come up with your own plot rather than stealing one from a movie and pasting it willy-nilly onto Harry Potter. (And shouldn't you at least credit the movie?) No wonder the characters are wildly OOC and sound nothing like themselves - after all, they are other characters. With that in mind, it seems hardly worth even pointing out that the son of a Death Eater is hardly likely to become a reporter and amuse himself writing fluff pieces about the romantic woes of someone on the other side of the war.
At least you tried to bring in some HP references. Points for that.
