Hmm ... so was Willow able to get his thoughts during the movie or was it more of she just kind of sensed it? I get the feeling he's got the "magic touch" to quiet her mind for good ...
Obviously he's got feeling for her that are growing stronger and he's still in that "I don't ever want to be hurt again" mode. It's so much easier to be an ass than to take a chance and love someone.
