Good story. Pretty original as far as time travel stories go. What is that dark thing he's fighting in his mind? Is it his other self or what? If it was his other self in that universe fighting him, how exactly does that work? Didn't Bella kill him? Cause if that's the case he should have been "back" pretty much right after he escaped. Although I'm not complaining about him not coming back yet, it's rather refreshing. Every other Time travel story has him coming back immediately and sometimes completely skipping over how his other self was "replaced".
You definitely need a beta. But I like the story. Update soon and whatnot.
