that aside, i have to say that i have absolutely loved reading your story. as a fellow Brit, i feel very proud of you, you did a damn good job!
you have a knack of making me cry, mainly because i can relate to the death of someone you love. i'm sure many of us can.
i think one thing i love about your writing, is how you portray the band members. i know we don't really know them, but you write them how i imagined them of that era. i'm sure they are similar now deep down, but in terms of life experience and age they have moved on so much further.
that makes me miss the old days, but i guess it is because we are all getting older and moving on. and that is "life" i suppose.

Thanks for your review and such kind words. It's so not easy writing about them, you know so many people have certain opinions on how they should be. I'm not someone who knows everything about them so i just made the decision to write them from how i thought they would be.
I think i would find it really hard to write about them in the present day because they seem so different.
