You're a little bit capital-happy. "Attourney," and "southern" should not have capital letters, but the second g in "Gold's Gym" should.
If this is meant as the entire story, then it needs more work. The joke is a bit obvious and doesn't quite come full-circle. However, if this is the first chapter of a longer story, then it makes an okay setup.
