I have an idea, the next time DumbleDORK or any Death Eather steps into Gringotts, have the Goblins put DumbleDORK or any Death Eather on trial by the Goblins.
Why has Fawkes not unbond with DumbleDORK (for what DumbleDORK has done to Harry and others) and bond to Harry?
If Fawkes can not unbond with DumbleDORK, Harry needs to help Fawkes get free from DumbleDORK.

While it would be fun, to have Dumbley and/or the Deez on trial, it can't happen...just yet. Gringotts is an embassy of a sort, but to try any wizarding national of sufficient prestige, or personal worth, would be fought assiduously by the wizards.
It could even cause another goblin 'uprising'.
Just now, as he has no gold available, he's considered Persona non Grata.
Don't worry. He'll get what's coming to him near the end,
I'll explain the bond (and my way of getting around it) in the next chapter.
